THE

The Networking League is a series of team events aimed at connecting people through fitness. Expect a wide range of events, including Hyrox simulations, strength and conditioning, cardio and weightlifting style workouts, designed to bring people together through shared challenge, community and connection. Participants can register as a team, including a corporate category. The number of participants in each team will vary depending on the event.  

Anyone over the age of 18.  All fitness levels are welcome.

There are 2 categories to choose from:

TNL is a team based event, with categories and divisions dependent on each event. A corporate category will always be available. 

Both Doubles and Corporate Relays can be made up of same sex and mixed teams.

The Networking League is suitable for all fitness levels and individuals can take the time they need to complete it - there is no time cap. The event is not only focused on athletic performance but also on community and connection.

Absolutely! We suggest getting some running in before the event. We will also be offering exclusive training programs prior to the event, together with training tips and demo videos.

The race format takes around 70 to 100 minutes per team, including warm-up, race, and cool down. The full event day includes networking zones, brand activations, and happy hour!

Activations are a taster of the actual event happening across different gyms. Expect a workout with the movements mentioned above, freebies from partner brands and fun !

Yes, you can join another company’s team of 4 or sign up as a double. 

No problem! Drop us an email on info@thenetworkingleague.com and we will do our best to complete your team. We do suggest uploading a story on Instagram and tagging us !

Standard gym clothing and trainers. We provide all equipment and hydration stations. Teams can also wear branded gear if they want to stand out.

Yes there will be a designated warm-up area.

Yes! We run in-gym activations - check out our socials for upcoming sessions: https://www.instagram.com/thenetworkingleague/ We can also arrange a corporate pop-up training session for your company as an optional add-on.

No refunds are given. Teams may transfer their slot to another company or change team members anytime, at no extra cost.
